If you live in Sweden and your watch requires service, you can order free packaging and a prepaid return shipping label from our watch repair partner, Urteknik. You can learn more about how to order, pack, and ship your watch for service here.
All watches undergo diagnostics and analysis by MALM-certified watchmakers to determine the necessary service. If the issue is not covered by the warranty, a free service quote will be provided.

We offer customer service in Swedish and English. When you have a matter or question, it's important that you share all the relevant information, such as order number, so that we at MALM watches can help you in the quickest and best possible way.
If you lack information about eg. order number you can indicate which product it is about, what date it was ordered etc. This way we can provide better and faster help.
