Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, 2005:59) and EU Directive 2023/2673. This right applies to purchases made online and is separate from, and in addition to, MALM's own 30-day return policy.

The withdrawal period

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or someone you designate) receive the goods. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

How to withdraw

Use the form below to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will need to provide your name and your order number so we can identify your purchase. As soon as you submit the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email, including what you have withdrawn from and the date and time of your request. This confirmation is your proof that you exercised your right within the deadline.

You may also notify us of your withdrawal by emailing info@malmwatches.com, though using the form ensures you receive immediate written confirmation.

Condition of returned goods

You are entitled to examine the watch as you would in a physical shop. However, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, engraved or custom-built watches). Where an exception applies, it will be stated clearly before you complete your purchase.
