The following Terms of Use apply to purchases from malmwatches.com.
If you purchased your MALM product through an authorized MALM dealer, please contact them regarding warranty, warranty claims, service matters, and returns.


The following terms and conditions apply to your purchase at malmwatches.com.

The terms of purchase are an agreement between you and MALM Watch Group AB, org. No. 559081-3829.

When you make a purchase at malmwatches.com, you agree to the following terms of purchase. We therefore ask you to read them carefully.


Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email to the address you entered during your purchase. It is therefore crucial that you provide the correct email address when placing your order.

We recommend saving your order confirmation email for any future contact and support with MALM.

The confirmation email also acts as proof of purchase from malmwatches.com.


We offer a choice of payment methods. If you reside in Sweden you can chose the Swedish payment method Klarna or you can choose to pay with your bank or credit card through the global Stripe payment service, or you can choose to pay with your PayPal account.Please note that debit card purchases will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.

MALM never handles or saves any bank or card information.

MALM offers purchases in SEK (Kr), USD ($), EUR (€) and GBP (£). If your bank uses another currency, your purchase will automatically be converted to your local currency by your bank the same day as your purchase.

VAT/Taxes are included in the price for orders within the European Union. VAT free for orders outside of EU.

Following information applies to customers in Sweden choosing to pay with Klarna:

You are entitled to return your order within 30 days, counting from the day you received it. This right only applies if the product and packaging are intact and unused. Used or products damaged by use will be denied by MALM.

If you want to return your order, please contact us for information on how to proceed.

Returns from Sweden on purchases made within 30 days of delivery will be processed free of charge. From the rest of the world international shipping fees will apply, and are paid by the customer. Please contact us using our contact form, or by email at info@malmwatches.com, for information on how to proceed and to obtain a shipping label. Returns after 30 days, if agreed by MALM, will be at the expense of the customer, and may incur additional fees.

Free returns/repurchases from Sweden within 30 days of delivery apply only if the customer accepts MALM’s choice of shipping company. If the customer wishes to choose an alternative shipping company the cost of the return will be paid by the customer. It is always the customer's responsibility to pursue cases against shipping companies in the event of, for example, damaged, missing, or stolen returns.


A watch from MALM includes a 5 year warranty. The warranty covers defects and damage from the manufacturing process, including case, dial, crystal, and movement.

If you purchased your MALM product through one of our authorized retailers and have warranty-related questions/complaints, please contact your retailer directly, not MALM.

If you purchased your MALM product at malmwatches.com, please contact us via our contact form or send an email to info@malmwatches.com. We will reply with more information. In your message please provide your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of your warranty issue. Please use the title/subject line "Purchase Complaint". To make use of the warranty, you need your purchase receipt, order number, or order confirmation email.

If your warranty claim falls within the scope of our warranty terms, the defective product or part will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time after MALM receives the returned product. MALM always strives to replace defective parts with original parts, but reserves the right to use equivalent parts if the original is not available.

If MALM is unable to find any of the errors, defects, or injuries mentioned, or if the claim fails to fall within warranty terms, the product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Please note that this warranty is subject to the following exceptions and limitations:
- Damage due to inappropriate or negligent use (marks, bumps, scratches etc. to the product, damaged/broken glass).
- Damage caused by fire, water, or natural disaster.
- Wear and tear – natural aesthetic change that occurs during normal use and ageing (minor scratches, shade changes and dirt, or other marks to materials and straps).
- Replacing the battery.

MALM will charge a fee for repair and service should a warranty claim fall under these exceptions and limitations.

Free shipping on warranty claims applies only if the customer is located in EU and accepts MALM’s choice of shipping company. Customers outside of EU will be charged with a shipping fee. If the customer wishes to choose an alternative shipping company the cost of return will be paid by the customer. It is always the customer's responsibility to pursue cases against shipping companies in the event of, for example, damaged, missing, or stolen returns.


When you make a purchase at malmwatches.com, we will save some of your personal information in order to complete your purchase and deliver your product. We need to save your name, address, email and/or phone number, and what product(s) you are purchasing.

You are entitled to request access to this information and, if incorrect, you may change or request removal by emailing info@malmwatches.com.

MALM also uses cookies in order to make your shopping experience at malmwatches.com better. Please read our Privacy and Cookie Policy for detailed information about how we handle your personal data.


MALM is entitled to change pricing or other product information without notice. Our product images are intended only to illustrate what the products look like in real life. We reserve reasonable indemnity against inaccuracies on malmwatches.com. We can never guarantee that the products are reproduced in a 100% literal/accurate way. Images should therefore always be seen as illustrations alone, and not objective guarantees of any kind.


MALM ships products to customers from all over the world. Within Sweden, deliveries are usually made using Swedish DHL or PostNord, but we reserve the right to change courier freely and without notice.

For international deliveries, PostNord, DHL, UPS, and their international partners are most often used.

We ship orders as soon as possible after purchase, usually within 3-4 working days. Depending on destination, delivery time varies. See the following estimates for a guide:

- Sweden: 2-4 workdays
- Europe: 5-8 workdays
- Rest of the world: 10-15 workdays

Regarding pre-ordered products, the estimated deliveries above do not apply. Please check the relevant product description for delivery information on a pre-ordered product. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us at info@malmwatches.com.


You are entitled to cancel your order and return it within 30 days after you received it. Please note, we ask you to contact us first for information on how to proceed with your return.

Returns, repurchases, and cancellations presuppose that the product/products are in the same condition in which you received them. Used or damaged products will be denied by MALM.

Any damage that occurs when shipping back to MALM is the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, please package your return carefully. We recommend using the same packaging as used when you received your order.


It is important that you carefully examine your order when you receive it. If your product has been damaged during transport, you must inform MALM as soon as possible. This applies to all damage, visible or otherwise.

All complaints should be sent to info@malmwatches.com.

Please inform MALM of your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will reply as soon as possible.

Damaged products to be returned to MALM must be handled with care by the customer, as if they were flawless. Regardless of the complaint, the product should be packed in such a way that it is not damaged during shipping back to MALM. In the case of defects covered by warranty the customer is entitled to free-of-charge repair or exchange for the same model, at MALM's discretion, or if the model is sold out, a full refund. If a dispute arises between you as a customer and MALM, and cannot be satisfactorily resolved, you can escalate your complaint to the EU's operational dispute resolution online, ODR (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).


The customer is always responsible for the risk of transporting the returned goods to MALM, regardless of which shipping company has been used. It is always the customer's responsibility to pursue cases against shipping companies in the event of, for example, damaged, missing, or stolen returns.


MALM shall be exempt from liability and consequences caused by circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to government action, new/amended laws, war, fires, floods, work interruptions, prohibition, restrictions, tampering, poor transport and weather conditions, lack of supply from suppliers, or effects on MALM or its partners of criminal activity.


Our website, malmwatches.com, may contain user-generated content, from social media for example. MALM accepts no legal responsibility for the contents of such material. If you suspect copyright infringement, or have any other concerns about the content posted on malmwatches.com, please contact customer service at info@malmwatches.com.


All products remain the property of MALM Watch Group AB, org. No. 559081-3829, until full payment is received.


All fraud or attempted fraud will be reported to the Swedish police. MALM is entitled to cancel a purchase if there is suspicion of a crime.


Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions, and your use of malmwatches.com. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms or your use of the site, except for cases where MALM voluntarily chooses to take legal action against a person in their own jurisdiction.


MALM reserves the right to remove a customer's account and/or block their use of malmwatches.com at its sole discretion, for example, if MALM suspects violation of these terms. Such actions can be taken without notification.


Should one or more of these terms be declared invalid or judged by a court or regulatory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.


MALM can change and develop these terms and conditions over time. Each time you purchase a product from malmwatches.com, the current terms and conditions will be applicable to the contract between you and MALM. Therefore, we recommend that you regularly visit this page to stay up to date with its content, and note any changes.
